We also take our social responsibilities
seriously. We even create firm-wide
key performance indicators that are
measured by us in a similar way as financial
and operational objectives are benchmarked.
At both a firm and an individual
level, we have initiated and participated
in over 50 fundraising events during
2006/7. These ranged from sponsored
bike rides to parachute jumps, triathlons
and overseas treks.
In addition, our volunteer programme
offers staff the opportunity to provide
expertise, advice, time and mentoring
to various voluntary and not-for-profit
groups within work hours.
