Gerald Eve is a medium-sized national firm of chartered surveyors and property consultants employing over 300 people. Our partnership advises over half of the FTSE100, working in all property sectors and disciplines. Our office network of nine provides corporate asset management, consultancy and transactions services to both private and public sector organisations.

Our work spans some of the most iconic projects in the UK today and we take pride in the relationships we build with clients. Over 90% have been with us for five years or more – and that’s unheard of in our sector.
