Community/CSR

Our commitment to community goes way beyond the soundbites. It's important to us as a firm, to our staff as individuals (87% think it’s an important business concern for us) and to our clients. It also reflects our values of integrity, professionalism and friendliness.

Below is a snapshot of some of the projects that fall into our focus on CSR, but there are many that we simply can’t squeeze into this section. Jamie's Farm is our official partnership charity. The main aim of the charity is to support vulnerable children in urban areas who are at risk of school exclusion. The charity provides a combination of 'farming, family and therapy' through a short residential and follow up programme. One year after a visit, over 80% children maintain improvements in behaviour.

Many of our staff have their own favourite charities and take on incredible challenges to raise money for them. Wherever we can, we aim to provide support for these individual efforts.

Our support also takes other forms. We're an active supporter of the RICS Charity Property Help scheme, and through this have been involved in a number of initiatives whereby our people provide advice and expertise to a range of voluntary and not-for-profit groups.
