Simon became managing partner when the firm converted to a limited liability partnership in October 2008. Simon chairs the executive board and has overall responsibility for managing the firm on a day-to-day basis, working with head of finance. The management team is structured in such a way that both the senior partner and strategy partner continue to work closely with clients, ensuring that there is a client focus at the forefront of all that we do.

Prior to becoming managing partner, Simon was the partner in charge of our Cardiff office. He has considerable experience of advising heavy industrial and manufacturing clients on agency, valuation and rating matters. He brings a thorough understanding of the issues affecting the businesses of heavy industrialists and manufacturing companies. As a result, he provides advice which helps clients achieve their desired objectives within the right timescale.
