Victoria is an associate in our planning and development team based in Manchester. She has extensive expertise in analysing property markets, advising on strategic property issues, and undertaking complex development appraisals and financial modelling. She also has extensive asset management experience and has worked with both occupiers and landlords across a wide geographical area and property sectors.

As a consultant to the public sector, Victoria has managed a number of regeneration and development projects within the North West on behalf of numerous local authority clients, the North West Development Agency and Urban Regeneration Companies.
